 Week 6. is focused on distance runners ages 14-18. Our knowledgeable staff consist of coaches and counselors from public and Christian high schools or colleges. The following topics and others will be addressed:
· basic concepts of a fitness program · phases of a training program · biomechanics · nutrition · psychological aspects of training · elements of a good workout  · importance of flexibility · building speed and strength · race strategies · race preparation
Our early August time frame provides a perfect opportunity for your team to start training a week or two before official practice begins. There will also be team-building activities to improve communication and t eamwork.

August 3-8, 2008 B-K-W and Schenectady Christian Athletes should register through their coaches! There is an additional $50 discount available for running campers who register and bring another running camper with them from their school.
